**The Stats:
Unique, 11mm in diameter, 14kt solid palladium gold, round -squared circle design, textured, stud earrings feature 3.5mm round NATURAL UNTREATED COLOR genuine faceted clear lilac scapolite gemstones. Stamped 14k Pd on the back. Palladium gold does not tarnish or change color over time!

One of a kind (OOAK) squared circle design cast from my original wax model. 

The earring measures 11mm or a bit more than 3/8" in diameter. On a US penny that would be the measure from the top of the penny to Lincoln's bow tie.

2g or .07oz in weight per earring. On average, a US penny weighs .08oz.

**Palladium Facts:
Palladium is a precious metal related to platinum, rhodium, ruthenium, iridium and osmium. Its chemical symbol is Pd and its atomic number is 46. It is sometimes used instead of white gold or silver in jewelry because of its lustrous silvery-white color and the fact that IT WILL NOT TARNISH, as sterling silver or white gold will. White gold will darken over time if not cleaned regularly. Its  color is a bit warmer than platinum and more luminous than silver. It often seems to be referred to as "palladium gold". 

**Gemstone Facts:
Scapolite is a gemstone that is usually yellowish or gray in color and opaque, not at all attractive or interesting. Gem grade scapolite with a clear and pleasing color is relatively rare. These are gorgeous. 

These are perfectly matched and beautifully cut by this fellow I know who does a really fantastic job cutting his stones here in the United States. I trust his judgement and ratings on stones unreservedly. His rating is AAA clarity; 3.5mm round brilliant cut; fine grade displaying a vitreous surface; .28cts in weight. These are a beautiful clear lilac color - very rare.
