**Pearl facts:
I grade my pearls using an A-AAA grading scale, where AAA is the best quality available. AAA grade pearls will have a surface area that is at least 95% free of any defects (dimples, chips, "burn marks", or any unsightly thing).

Freshwater pearls generally range in size from about 3.0-7.0mm. Only 2% of all freshwater pearls are round or near round.

Natural untreated pearl colors range from whitish, through pink, apricot to peach. Some unusual and rare golden, purple, and blue grays are occasionally available. Natural untreated color means just as the mother oyster made them. The colors of freshwater pearls are dictated by the shell color of the mother oyster.

**Silver Facts:
Sterling Silver does not contain nickel or lead which is the main reason that plated items may irritate your skin.

Sterling silver is designated ".925" Genuine sterling silver will tarnish in time to a deep blue black color. If you want your silver to remain white and gleaming - it must be polished regularly.

I will include a polishing cloth and an anti-tarnish tag with your order. This will help to keep your silver in good order. They are both safe to use with your pearls.
