**Pearl Facts:
>Grade: AAA grade Akoya (Japanese salt water) pearl.
>Size: larger 8mm size.
>Shape: Perfect round shape.
>Skin Quality: Smooth skin. Flawless.
>Color: Rare blue-green color. Inger's color has been permanently dyed.
>Luster Quality: High, slightly silky, luster.
>Overtones: Teal overtones.
>8mmmm diameter pearl or .31". That would be the measure from the top of a US penny coin to about Lincoln's earlobe.
>2.6g or .09oz. A US penny most often weighs in at .08oz.
Best grade pearl, gemmy and flawless - of course!

I grade my pearls using an A-AAA grading scale, where AAA is the best quality available. AAA grade pearls will have a surface that is at least 95% free of any defects (dimples, chips," burn marks", any unsightly thing). Inger is flawless - no defects of any kind.

Color in Akoya pearls is dictated by the colors produced by the inside of the mother oyster's shell. Akoya colors run from white to cream to blue gray, with an occasional very rare green. Inger's beautiful and striking color is permanently dyed.

US Finger Size 7.

Sterling Silver Facts:
>Sterling Silver is designated as . 925. Sterling Silver is a precious metal.
>Sterling Silver does not contain nickel or lead which is the main reason that silver plated items may irritate your skin.
>Sterling silver will tarnish over time to a deep blue black. The tarnish may stain your pearl. It may not. The claim has been made, but not proven in my experience. If you would like your setting to weather to a blue black patina, simply do not polish it.
>In case you do wish to keep your Inger ring bright and gleaming, I have included a pearl safe polishing cloth for your convenience. I will also include both a tarnish tab and a silica gel packet to help retard tarnish when you are storing your ring.

Inger is a beautiful and distinctive ring that would make the perfect addition to any wardrobe. Dressed up or down she is sure to catch some attention. All occasion wear as pearls always are. She would make a unique promise, engagement, wedding or anniversary ring. And/or a pleasant surprise for a June birthday!

Enjoy!
