Lakshmi would make a unique wedding or engagement ring, solitaire ring, stacking ring, or statement ring. In my opinion, she is best paired with a flat style wedding band if you would like to use her in a wedding set. I have shown her with a flat band and a half round band in the photos.

**THE STATS:
Grade: AAA.
Pearl Type: Freshwater.
Size:  8.3mm diameter. 
Shape: Round.
Skin: Smooth skin, no dimples.
Color: RARE Natural, untreated Taupe/ pewter grey. The color will change somewhat in different lighting conditions. I have done the best I can to convey something of the color. Lakshmi looks much better in person!
Luster: High gemmy luster.
Overtones:  Light rose overtones with a bronze aspect.

Ring measures 12mm or about 1/2" across the setting. On a US penny that would be the measure from the top of the coin to about Lincoln's tie.
Ring = 2.7g or .10oz in weight. 
Just as a comparison, a US penny coin usually weighs in at .8oz.

**PEARL FACTS:
I grade my pearls using an A-AAA grading scale, where AAA is the best quality available. AAA grade pearls will have a surface that is at least 95% free of any defects (dimples, chips, "burn marks", any unsightly thing). 

Freshwater pearls generally range in size from about 3.0-7.0mm. The 8.5mm Freshwater pearl in the photos is considered a large size.

**METAL FACTS:
Sterling Silver - is designated as .925. Sterling Silver does not contain nickel or lead which is the main reason that plated items may irritate your skin.

Sterling silver will tarnish over time to a deep blue black. I will include a small anti-tarnish tab which should be kept with your sterling silver ring when you are not wearing it. The tab should last for 2 years. It will not harm your pearl. The tab does not prevent tarnish, but it will inhibit tarnish from forming. I will also include a pearl safe cleaning cloth for your convenience. If you want your silver ring to remain white and gleaming - it must be gently polished regularly. Or I can Rhodium plate the setting to guarantee no tarnish.
