I have a kick wheel that I throw my pots on, when I am not hand building. In this case I threw the pot and foot separately and then joined them together to make this pot.

Interior is hand drawn with nude male and female figures on hand painted ground. Exterior sponged and drawn with colored stains over clear glaze.

All my bowls are food safe unless otherwise noted. Signed and dated. 

You could put this into the top rack of your dishwasher. However, I would recommend hand washing for any fine ceramic object. The detergent used in dishwashers etches glass and glazed items over time. If you really care about something - hand wash it.

If you would like to display Conversation, or any other of my pieces, on a walled surface - but can't figure out how to do that -  I can get a wall mounting for you. The mountings are made of clear acrylic, attach securely to drywall, and must be fitted to the individual piece. When you indicate your interest, I will get a price quote for you. The price depends on the size and shape, but they are not expensive. I do not take any carrying, handling or other fees on mountings. I order them for my customers as a courtesy – convenience only.

Conversation will come to you carefully packaged and shipped insured.

I love to ship internationally and have done so many times. Please check the listed countries to see if I can ship to yours. Shipping to select countries is available and will require additional fees dependent on the specific country. Additional fees such as custom or VAT taxes may be charged and would be payable to the appropriate agency upon delivery. It is the responsibility of the individual to research such fees. I have no way to research them or collect for them.
