Although Amita's shape is designated as a "near round", it is very difficult to distinguish this pearl from a perfectly round pearl.

**Amita measures 8mm size  or a bit more than 1/4" in diameter. On a US penny coin that would be the measure from the top of the coin to about Lincoln's ear lobe.
 She weighs 1.6g or .06oz in total weight. A US penny coin most often weighs in at .08oz.

Amita would make a great ring for any occasion - promise ring, engagement ring, wedding ring, statement ring, or gift for an anniversary or birthday.  Pearl is the birthstone for June. I have shown her both with and without a wedding band just to give you an idea about options.
