Size: Just a bit larger than average in size, 7mm round and 8mm potato shapes.

Shape: Round and Potato shapes.

Skin: Smooth skin. Flawless.

Color: Bright iridescent chocolate color.

Sapphires Grade: 

AAA genuine orange sapphire gemstone beads. 

Size: 3 and 4mm in diameter.

Color: Orange color.

Clarity: clear and clean.

Cut: Well cut; with a vitreous surface. 

These are cut from the best quality sapphire material available. They are not lab formed or glass. No treatment was disclosed, but I assume some heat treatment was applied to obtain the orange color. The sapphires are from Tanzania.  

Slightly longer than Princess Length of 19" including the solid 14kt yellow gold fishhook safety clasp. This length would fall to just about the breastbone on most people.

**Freshwater Pearl Facts:
Freshwater pearls generally range in size from about 3.0-7.0mm. Any size above this limit is considered large. 

Akyra's pearls are well matched. I have mixed two different strands to make an interesting color play across the necklace. The 8mm pearls match across all factors to each other. The 7mm pearls match across all factors to each other. 

Freshwater pearl colors range through white to cream, pink to mauve, and apricot to orange. Within these general categories many variations can occur. For instance, the deepest mauve may actually be lavender or purple. Within the apricot to orange range, you might find a gold. Some of these natural colors are very rare.

Many freshwater pearls are permanently dyed to expand their color range and appeal. Akyra's pearls have been permanently dyed.

**To prevent kinking or knotting in the strand, please store the necklace in the enclosed  pearl ‘wallet’. It is quite substantial and will protect your pearls very well. The wallet is included at no extra cost.

**All occasion wear. Akyra would make a wonderful gift for any occasion. She would be an unusual choice for a wedding, but if you are not doing a white wedding she would do very well. She would be a wonderful choice to brighten up a business suit. Of course, for a formal occasion she would really shine!

She displays beautiful  iridescent bright color, drapes very well, and feels wonderful next to the skin. The color is very flattering and goes with everything. Gorgeous!
