**The Stats: 
>Grade: AAA grade freshwater pearls. 
>Size: 13mm or about 1/2" in diameter. On a US penny that would be the measure from the top of the coin to the top of the date line on the right side of the coin. Ailsa's pearl would be large in any type of pearl.
>Shape: Beautifully well balanced button shape. 
>Skin Quality: Very smooth skin. Flawless.
>Color: Very Rare natural untreated misty dawn color. 
>Luster Quality: Very high gemmy luster. 
>Overtones: Light purple, silver, and light green overtones. The colors will dance across the surface of Alisa's pearls as you move! Very lively.

3.4g or .12oz in weight. On average, a US penny weighs .08oz. So, this would weigh about 1 1/2 pennies.

**Pearl Facts:
>I grade my pearls using an A-AAA grading scale, where AAA is the best quality available. AAA grade pearls will have a surface that is at least 95% free of any defects (dimples, chips," burn marks", any unsightly thing). Alisa's pearls are flawless.
>Color in Freshwater pearls is dictated by the colors produced by the inside of the mother oyster's shell. Ailsa's color is just as her mother oyster made her. These rival the best Tahitian pearls and are similarly expensive. I won't be able to duplicate these for any price. Rare!
